The care was very good. Food was dry and not very hot.

Food. Nursing standard good on the whole. Staff paid attention to detail and were polite in most cases.

Communication between ward staff, locality team and SS was appalling. Ward staff not reading notes, not transferring information let to considerable delays.

The staff are amazing, helpful, caring and will do anything for us. The wards are extremely clean. The only thing I can say negatively is regarding the bathrooms. The sink is in the most awkward place, the bin has a "do not use/ open with hand" sign - in a ward full of knee/hip replacements! Other than that, 10/10 for dickens ward.

The staff were very , very kind. they have looked after me. However there are not enough administrative staff it was difficult to get through all the place in the evening. Raj is excellent . His job should have a 3 pm - 10 pm.
